After successful career in finance in Chicago and San Francisco, I have been devoted to woodworking for the past 25 years. What had been a long term interest developed into a passion. I enjoy working with highly figured wood that is rich in color, luster and grain. I prefer a more organic or free form design using natural or live edges. I have been inspired by master craftsmen like George Nakashima, James Krenov and Sam Maloof. From a simple box to an elaborate cabinet or table, I enjoy building every piece that is unique and one of a kind.
