Gallery Representative Position (Currently closed, but frequently open to applications!)
ACCI occasionally hires for a part time Gallery Representatives (20-25 hours/week) to join the team at our historic art cooperative in North Berkeley. This position is primarily retail and customer service oriented, with a strong emphasis on inventory management, artist relations, and support to the Gallery Director. The position does require at least one regular weekend day shift, and occasional evenings for art openings and special events.

Rent the Gallery Space
ACCI Gallery is available to rent for private parties, small events and gatherings. ACCI Gallery rents the space for the purpose of small events (up to 50 people). This does not include wall space; no art will be removed from walls. ACCI reserves the right to charge user a fee for loss/breakage that takes place during event. ACCI can provide tables and speaker system for music upon request. Rental cost is $450.00 for a 6-9pm window; payment must be made upon scheduling event.

Exhibitions, Workshops, Lectures, Performances
Would you like to curate an exhibition, present a lecture, lead a creative workshop, or host a concert or recital at ACCI Gallery? We host weeknight events, neighborhood meetings and mixers, and other special occasions regularly throughout the year. Email us your proposal at [email protected] and we will get back to you.
Please note that ACCI's exhibition schedule is coordinated by the Gallery Director in collaboration with member artists and guest curators, and the gallery typically schedules exhibitions 9-18 months in advance. If you have an exhibition proposal, please submit it well in advance of when you would like to show the work. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance; exhibitions must strike a balance between artist(s), media, subject matter, diversity, and relevance to our mission of cultivating community, culture, and collaboration.

ACCI Gallery juries in new artists every spring and Fall.
Applications will open online for spring jury on December 1 and close March 1.
Applications for the fall jury will open online June 1 and close on September 1.
The first 20 applications submitted per jury period are considered.
