Joie Debris
an exhibition celebrating recycled art
April 5 - May 4, 2025
About the Exhibition: Joie Debris explores the beauty, creativity, and possibilities found in discarded materials. The title is inspired by the French phrase "joie de vivre", often translated as "the joy of living." With that in mind, the pieces in this show celebrate the circular nature of life and art. The reuse and repurposing of materials - the transformation of waste into art, highlighting how recycled elements can spark joy, provoke thought, and inspire change. Joie Debris reimagines discarded objects—giving them new life, new meaning, and new purpose.
