The boundaries between light and dark, certainty and ambiguity—where do we find meaning in the in-between? The Gray Area is an art exhibition exploring the depth, nuance, and complexity of black, white, and the grayness in between. Artists of a multitude of backgrounds and disciplines that embrace the monochromatic spectrum are represented. Whether stark contrasts or soft gradients, abstraction or realism, this exhibition seeks to highlight the power of the grayscale in storytelling, emotion, and expression.
